At Petals and Stitches, we take pride in crafting unique, made-to-order crochet items with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have implemented the following policy: 

No Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases.

Exception: Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will require clear photographs of the damage item. Once we have reviewed the damage, we will gladly replace the item or offer store credit.
